His history of successful results includes a $10,750,000 million settlement on behalf of his client who was permanently injured when a commercial vehicle rear-ended him. Adam has also recovered in excess of one hundred million dollars for his clients who include workers injured in construction accidents due to unsafe and hazardous working environments. He recently recovered $6,500,000 on behalf of the Estate of a 29-year-old ironworker killed during the breakdown of a crane as a result of the crane operator’s violation of industry standards for breakdown of the crane.

The woman was at a high risk of choking  and was supposed to have a special diet and be monitored while eating. The case was successfully resolved at mediation prior to the case being listed for trial.

  • $4M settlement stemming on behalf of two police officers who fell into an open elevator shaft
  • $7.8M settlement construction site accident involving a faulty railing on a scaffold which caused the client to tall to the ground suffering spinal cord injuries
  • $1.5M settlement on behalf of a forklift operator who was injured when attempting to load a pallet into a box truck
  • $6.5M settlement for the estate of a man who was killed when a crane jib weighing more than 2,500 pounds fell on him
  • $3,231,000.00 settlement and a separate confidential seven-figure settlement on behalf of a fraternity member who was catastrophically and permanently injured because of an off-campus altercation. The lawsuit was filed against a national fraternity, its local chapter, the assailant, the liquor licensee, and individual fraternity members
  • $2,000,000 settlement on behalf of a construction worker who was suffered a traumatic brain injury when he slipped and fell off of the roof of a New York residential building.
  • $1.975 million settlement for a commercial truck driver who was injured when his right foot was run over at a defendant’s warehouse facility

Adam serves as a Judge Pro Tempore, or temporary judge, for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Adam is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, he is on the Executive Board of Directors for the Temple American Inn of Court.
