Denise H. Georges has proven to be fierce and fearless when fighting on behalf of individuals and families who have been catastrophically injured. She does not hesitate to tackle tough, complex challenges or seemingly insurmountable foes; Denise is unafraid of going toe to toe with powerful corporations and career criminals. Named as one the top 40 Lawyers under 40 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Denise has made a name for herself as a loyal and dedicated advocate for the wronged, and a staunch defender of justice. Mothers Against Drunk Driving awarded her with the Prosecution of Excellence Award in recognition of that dedication.

Denise is deeply committed to achieving outstanding results for her clients, successfully negotiating and securing multi-million dollar settlements for clients including over 20 million in 2022 alone. 

Denise has an extensive and proven track record of success. A brief sampling of her ample examples of success include: 

  • Tried the first wrongful death case against Tesla in the United States and secured a 10.5 million-dollar verdict;
  • Secured 7-figure settlements in birth injuries and numerous other medical malpractice cases;
  • Secured an 8-figure settlement in a motor vehicle accident causing paraplegia to a teenager;
  • Secured a 3 million-dollar settlement for a school teacher who was assaulted in her classroom;
  • Prosecuted thousands of cases including Murder, DUI Manslaughter and career criminals;
  • Tried over 40 jury trials and over 50 bench trials including a 100% conviction rate in her final year as a prosecutor in Miami-Dade County.

Outside of her time as a catastrophic injury attorney, Denise is a leading voice in her communities. She spent nearly a decade teaching criminal justice as an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University. She also worked closely with victim advocates at Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD)  and participated in community outreach events. Additionally, she has liaised with law enforcement and the community to provide immediate response to those who were victims of robbery and homicide in Miami-Dade County. 

Denise was born and raised in Allentown, PA where her family resides. She is proud to be a first generation Syrian-American who is fluent in Arabic. Denise currently resides in Center City Philadelphia.
