$23 Million Settlement in Multi-Fatality Motor Vehicle Accident

Larry Bendesky, Adam Pantano and Jordan Howell secured a $23 million settlement in a multi-fatality motor vehicle accident involving a commercial vehicle in Pennsylvania.

The driver of the vehicle, who walked away from the accident, crashed into the rear of the decedent’s vehicle causing both vehicles to erupt in flames, killing the occupants of the decedents’ vehicle.

The case was successfully resolved at mediation.
