Jason is an experienced trial attorney who has litigated cases in jurisdictions across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Beginning his career as a prosecutor, he supervised the Drug/Narcotics team of the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.  In that role, he investigated and prosecuted cases involving the Pennsylvania Electronic Surveillance Act. He oversaw investigations into drug trafficking and violent crime working with local and Federal agencies such as the FBI and DEA, and he served as lead prosecutor in numerous felony cases involving drug trafficking, violent crime, and homicide.  Additionally, he was the first prosecutor in Montgomery County to indict a criminal enterprise with the indicting grand jury. Jason also served as Assistant Chief of the Trials Division and presented throughout the Commonwealth to the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association on numerous topics, including investigations and prosecutions utilizing the Pennsylvania Electronic Surveillance Act.  While at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, he also gained significant experience presenting cases before the investigative grand jury, and received numerous commendations for his exemplary performance and public service.

Following the District Attorney’s Office, Jason worked on data privacy and cybersecurity cases for a national law firm, and worked at a regional plaintiff’s firm where he served as managing attorney for two of that firm’s offices.  Jason also litigated cases as a member of the Special Investigations Unit of a regional insurance defense firm. His background as both a trial attorney and manager in criminal matters and complex civil litigation gives him a unique perspective on case evaluation, trial preparation, and effective negotiation.
