David C. Magagna, Jr. is a proud Philadelphia attorney continuing his family’s legacy of fighting for justice on behalf of those who need it most. Ensuring that every individual has equal and fair access to our country’s justice system is what inspires David to tirelessly work on behalf of his clients every single day.

Prior to joining Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky, David spent years at a boutique Philadelphia law firm focused on consumer class actions, including cases against some of the largest companies in the world, for deceptive advertising and manipulative business practices. He has also spent countless hours advocating for individual clients that have been denied access to the justice system when large corporations have presented take it or leave it contracts to consumers with inconspicuous language that relinquishes a consumer’s right to a jury trial. The inherently unequal bargaining power between large companies and consumers is something frequently overlooked in America’s modern economy but the need to protect consumers from such abuses is something that David never forgets.

David also has experience in nearly all aspects of litigation and has participated in some of Pennsylvania’s landmark legal decisions while clerking for Justice Sallie Updkye Mundy of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Clerking at the Pennsylvania Supreme Court also provided David with the valuable opportunity to learn how the judiciary views all aspects of a case, which he uses to successfully advocate for his clients today.

David has spent nearly his entire life in the Philadelphia area and is a 2016 graduate of Villanova Law School, a 2012 graduate of Villanova Business School, and a 2011, summa cum laude, graduate of Syracuse University.
