Woman Sues Delco Nursing Home

A Delco woman is suing a nursing home and its employees for the alleged abuse of her mother-a 79-year-old patient who suffers from dementia. The woman installed a nanny cam in her mother’s room at Quadrangle Sunrise Senior Living facility in Haverford Township. After viewing the tapes and filing a report, multiple employees were arrested and have plead not guilty for abusing the elderly woman. It is also alleged that the home violated laws by not reporting the complaints that stemmed from the incident.
