SIG Sauer Ruling Triggers 10 More Lawsuits For ‘Dangerously Defective’ P320
After a breakthrough ruling against SIG Sauer last month, 10 more people, including five law enforcement officers, are suing the New Hampshire gunmaker.
In June, a jury in federal trial court in Atlanta awarded $2.35 million to Robert Lang after finding that a defect in the semi-automatic P320 pistol caused him to be shot in the thigh while he was taking the gun out of its holster in 2018. Jurors determined Lang was not at fault for the shooting and SIG Sauer was negligent for not warning customers about the risks.
