Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky Welcomes Partner Alan Borowsky

Borowsky will lead the firm’s Sexual Abuse practice.

Former Special Assistant United States Attorney, Assistant District Attorney, and veteran trial attorney, Alan J. Borowsky has joined Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky where he will focus his practice on representing victims of sexual abuse and sex trafficking.

“Alan has dedicated his professional career to seeking justice for victims of sexual abuse and human trafficking, and his work has set a new standard in these critical areas of law. He has been at the forefront of investigating and prosecuting human trafficking cases. His impressive track record speaks for itself,” said Robert Mongeluzzi, President of the Firm.

Prior to entering private practice, Alan spent nearly ten years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Special Victims Unit of the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office. While there, he was cross-designated with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as a Special Assistant United States Attorney. As a Special AUSA, Alan successfully prosecuted federal cases within Project Safe Childhood, an initiative targeting child sexual exploitation and abuse.

He was quoted by The Independent in a groundbreaking exposé on sex trafficking within the hospitality industry. Alan is frequently invited to guest lecture to undergraduate and graduate students in the Philadelphia area.
