Multiple Injuries Caused by Overturned Fuel Tanker Truck

Several people were injured when a tanker truck carrying gasoline flipped over on a New Jersey road.

A tractor-trailer carrying over 8,000 pounds of gasoline flipped on top of two cars on October 2, 2024, in Bernardsville, New Jersey. At least six people were injured and transported to various hospitals. Initial reports indicate that the tractor-trailer was heading north on Anderson Hill Road when it lost power and began rolling backwards. According to local law enforcement, it then began to jackknife and then overturned onto two vehicles directly behind it.
