Four Buildings Collapse in Kensington

According to news reports, four buildings in the Kensington section of Philadelphia collapsed.

At least two people were in the building when the collapse occurred. The two individuals, a man and woman in their 60s, were in their second-floor apartment when the collapse occurred. They were pulled from the rubble and were taken to a local hospital. While they are expected to be OK, the full extent of their injuries is not yet known. Investigators are working to determine the cause of the collapse and whether recent flooding played any role.
