Attorneys Tom Kline And Robert Mongeluzzi to Hold 3:30 P.M. News Conference on Yesterday’s Septa Passenger Rail Accident

Philadelphia PA (August 23, 2017) – Trial attorneys Tom Kline, Esq., of Kline & Specter, P.C., and Robert J. Mongeluzzi, Esq., of Saltz, Mongeluzzi & Bendesky, P.C., will hold a press conference at 3:30 p.m. today regarding yesterday’s early morning crash that injured more than 40 riders as the SEPTA train was entering 69th Street Terminal.

The news conference will be held at SMB, 1650 Market St., One Liberty 52nd Floor.

Mr. Kline stated, “We are filing the first lawsuit today on behalf of a passenger who suffered a head injury in yet another preventable tragedy on the rails, and will be moving immediately to protect his legal rights.”

Mr. Mongeluzzi added, “This is yet another deeply troubling example of why the trust and confidence of public transportation passengers has been shaken, and why everything must be done to ensure safety for all rail passengers.”
