Elizabeth A. Bailey is a personal injury attorney, who focuses on catastrophic personal injury cases resulting from construction and workplace accidents, aerial lift accidents, electrical accidents, and product defects and malfunctions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Elizabeth Bailey grew up in a manufacturing town outside of Philadelphia. Ms. Bailey graduated from Penn State University at the top of her class with a degree in Biochemistry in 2010. While in college, she spent her summers as a member of the local UAW, working third shift in an automotive parts manufacturing plant, which gives her a unique perspective—one few lawyers have—on the injuries her clients may face in the workplace. After graduation, she attended Temple University Beasley School of Law, earning a number of academic accolades for her oral and written advocacy skills. At Temple, she was selected by two professors to be their teaching assistant and hired by a national litigation firm as a law clerk. She also authored a legal research piece that was selected for publication in Temple’s Journal of Environmental, Science and Technology. Ms. Bailey graduated cum laude from Temple in 2013.
Following graduation, Ms. Bailey began her practice defending catastrophic personal injury and complex construction defect cases. In the course of her practice as a defense attorney, she tirelessly represented clients at hearings and trials in federal and state trial and appellate courts. Her defense background has given her thorough insight into defense counsel strategies and the best means to address them.
