$6 Million Settlement for Fatal Motor Vehicle Collision
A $6 million settlement was obtained for the family of woman who was killed in a motor vehicle collision.
David Kwass and Michael Zettlemoyer represented the family of a woman who tragically lost her life in a motor vehicle collision in Berks County, Pennsylvania in January 2023. The crash, which occurred on a rural roadway, resulted in catastrophic, fatal injuries.
After a thorough investigation and litigation in the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, the legal team pursued claims against the responsible parties and their corporate employer. Liability and damages were strongly contested throughout the case.
