Worker Killed After Skid Loader Falls on Him at Machine Shop
A 34-year-old construction worker died Friday morning in Lebanon County after a skid loader bucket fell and trapped him.
On Friday, January 3rd, a construction worker in Lebanon County, PA was killed after a skid loader bucket fell and crushed him. The incident occurred in the early hours of Friday morning at TLS Equipment LLC, located at 125 Stricklerstown Loop Road, in Millcreek Township. The victim, a man from North Heidelberg Township, is believed to have been working under the elevated arms of the skid loader when the hydraulic line burst, causing the skid loader’s arms to drop and pin him. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders. The incident is still under investigation by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other authorities.
