Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky is one of the most successful fire and explosion disaster firms in the country. The firm has recovered more large verdicts and settlements for those catastrophically injured, and for the families of wrongful death victims, than most other firms in the United States. These results include the $227 million settlement for victims from the Salvation Army collapse on Market Street, a $160 million settlement for a food truck explosion, and a $48 million settlement from a factory explosion.

The nature of explosions creates legal matters that are highly complex, and much of the evidence can be destroyed in an explosion. Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky conducts thorough investigations, and works closely with experts of various disciplines, including fire origin, chemical engineering, industrial accidents, and others, to investigate and prove the causes of these horrific incidents.
