The client, a construction worker, suffered an aggravation of degenerative disc disease resulting in a cervical fusion procedure. The defendant argued that the plaintiff’s injuries were the result of degenerative issues. Even though the injured worker was able to return to work in a modified capacity, we were able to secure what can only be described as a phenomenal result for our client.
