$1,700,000 settlement against a Pennsylvania Police Department after a speeding police officer crashed into an SUV driven by a woman who was on her way home from work.

Shortly after the accident, Jordan and the team at SMB downloaded the data from the police officer’s computer which revealed the officer was driving more than double the speed limit. The police officer claimed he was responding to an emergency with lights and sirens on but Jordan was able to uncover evidence proving the officer was not in fact responding to an emergency. The woman suffered a neck and back injury that prevented her from returning to work as a certified nursing assistant.
