Michael Pileggi

Catastrophically injured victims need trial attorneys with real courtroom experience. Michael Pileggi has tried more than 50 cases and participated in well over 1,000 in-court hearings across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. His efforts have earned the respect of judges, and even defense attorneys – who, at the conclusion of their matters against him, have then referred injured victims to him for representation.

Michael annually wins seven-figure awards for his clients and has recovered tens-of-millions of dollars for his clients in recent years. He has represented clients with serious brain injuries and spinal cord traumas; amputations; those abused by healthcare workers; drowning victims; wrongly discharged patients resulting in death; concert/events attendees injured due to lax security; and those who have suffered life-shattering construction accidents, among others.

When representing clients, Michael employs a maximum-pressure litigation style. Prior to representing Plaintiffs in personal injury cases, Michael served as an Assistant District Attorney in Delaware County, where he tried felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. He has successfully tried sexual assault and rape cases, robberies, firearms violations, and drug offenses.

He has interned for the Hon. Judge Timothy J. Savage in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and current President Judge, the Hon. Judge Linda Cartisano, in the Court of Common Pleas for Delaware County.

Born and raised in Delaware County, Michael is a former All-Catholic and All-Delco athlete and powerlifting champion. He currently sits on the Board of Trustees for a K-12 school in Chester, PA.
