Robert J. Mongeluzzi, Founder and Shareholder
Robert J. Mongeluzzi is a member of the Board of Trustees of
Drexel University and a former member of the board of directors of
the Phoenix Society, which supports burn survivors and a Board
Member of L.E.A.P.S., a non-profit dedicated to bringing lacrosse
to underprivileged urban children.
Michael F. Barrett, Founder and
Mr. Barrett is a member of the board of
directors of the Louis D. Brandeis Law Society Foundation. He also
is a member of the board of trustees of Har Zion Temple in Penn
Valley, Pa., where he formerly served as legal counsel.
Larry Bendesky, Managing Shareholder
Larry Bendesky is a long-time basketball and little league
baseball coach who is the immediate past president of the
2,000-member Lower Merion Little League.
David L. Kwass, Partner
Mr. Kwass contributes his services pro bono. Among
such successes: convincing a health insurance company to cover a
procedure it had initially denied as "experimental" for a boy who
needed surgery on both hips in order to walk. The insurer now
provides routine coverage for the femoro-acetabular surgery.
Mr. Kwass also coaches the mock trial team of Strawberry Mansion
High School in Philadelphia. He is also a Lower Merion Little
League commissioner and baseball coach.
Eunice Trevor, Partner
Ms. Trevor serves on the advisory committee
and is the past vice president of the board of directors of the
Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors, a non-profit advocacy
organization providing support and services to burn survivors. She
also volunteered for nearly 15 years as a counselor at Camp
Susquehanna, a summer camp in Lancaster County, Pa., for children
who have suffered burn injuries.
Ms. Trevor is also a member of the board of
directors of the Center City Residents' Association of Philadelphia
and the past chair of the Anti-Violence Partnership of
Philadelphia's board of directors.
Patrick Howard, Associate
Participating in the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent
Program, Patrick Howard provides free, or pro bono,
legal representation to impoverished individuals. The Philadelphia
Court of Common Pleas in both 2008 and 2009 recognized Mr. Howard
on its Pro Bono Roll of Honor for his exemplary pro bono work.
Brian D. Rosenthal, Of Counsel
Mr. Rosenthal is a former elected member of
the Lower Merion Township (Pa.) Board of Commissioners. He is
credited with reviving and enhancing the township's recreation
program and modernizing its police force. Mr. Rosenthal also
founded and for many years was president of the Lower Merion Little
League. The league annually presents the Brian D. Rosenthal Award
to an outstanding community volunteer.
Now, a resident of Whitemarsh Township, Pa.,
Mr. Rosenthal currently serves on that township's parks and
recreation committee. He is also a former long-time trustee of the
Greater Delaware Valley Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis
Carmen Belefonte, Managing Attorney, Delaware
Mr. Belefonte is the chairman of the Delaware County Board of
Elections. He is also the chairman of the board of the Delaware
County Community Foundation and is a member of the board of
directors of the Delaware County chapter of Court Appointed Special
Advocates. The non-profit network supports volunteer advocacy on
behalf of abused and neglected children.
