Stanley M. Schwarz, Of Counsel
to the firm, specializes in representing victims of personal
injury, products
liability and medical
negligence cases. With almost 40 years of experience
in private practice, he has a history of earning several
million dollar settlements and verdicts in high-profile
cases since the 1970s.
An Infantry Officer during the Korean War, Mr. Schwarz
is a 1958 graduate of Temple University Law School and
is former Managing Editor of the Temple Law Quarterly.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Schwarz' experience in the public sector includes
service as a Judicial Law clerk for the Court of Common
Pleas No. 6 in Philadelphia County. He is also a former
Assistant District Attorney for the City of Philadelphia,
serving two years at the request of former District Attorney
and present U.S. Senator Arlen Specter.
He is a former member of the Philadelphia Board of Law
Examiners also serving as a State Court and Federal Court
Arbitrator and as a Master and Judge Pro Tem in the Pennsylvania
Court of Common Pleas.
Mr. Schwarz is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia
Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial
Lawyers Associations and the Association of Trial Lawyers
of America.
