Daniel A. Schwarz is of Counsel
to the Firm and concentrates his practice in civil litigation,
products
liability and personal injury. Mr. Schwarz has a history
of obtaining substantial
verdicts and settlements for clients, many of whose
cases were initially declined by other counsel due to
their complexity or perceived unlikely success.
Mr. Schwarz is 1987 graduate of Tulane University and
1990 graduate of its law school. He is the recipient of
an MBA Degree in finance and international business from
George Washington University in 1991, and has a Masters
Degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Law School.
He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
and the State of New Jersey.
He is the author of the patented Injury Reporting
and Safety System, a database which records and monitors
workplace injuries in real time. The safety system is
widely credited with reducing repetitive workplace injuries,
saving lost time on the job, and most importantly, saving
lives.
Mr. Schwarz is a member of the Pennsylvania and New
Jersey Bar Associations, the Philadelphia Bar Association,
the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association
and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
