Todd H. Zamostien joined SMBB in
2007 as an associate focusing his practice on civil
litigation, motor
vehicle accidents and premises
liability.
A graduate of Emory University in 2001 with a B.A. in
Political Science and Sociology, Mr. Zamostien earned
his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law
in 2006. While in law school, Mr. Zamostien received Dean's
Honors, served as a Staff Editor for the Temple International
& Comparative Law Journal, and was awarded Distinguished
Class Performance in Trial Advocacy. As a judicial clerk
for the Honorable Sandra Mazer Moss of the Philadelphia
Court of Common Pleas, he assisted the Court in management
and resolution of medical
malpractice cases.
Mr. Zamostien is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. He is a member
of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyer's
Associations. In addition, he is also a member of the
Philadelphia Bar Association.
Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Zamostien is an avid traveler,
scuba diver and guitarist/vocalist for local rock group,
North Lawrence Midnight Singers.
