Robyn L. Goldenberg concentrates
on product
liability, industrial accidents, premises
liability, and construction
accidents. Ms. Goldenberg focuses on representing
clients injured by defective
products such as automobiles, valves, ladders,
scaffold and other industrial equipment.
Prior to joining Saltz Mongeluzzi Barrett & Bendesky,
Ms. Goldenberg was an Assistant Public Defender in Miami.
There she vigorously represented indigent defendants in
cases ranging from DUI to first degree felonies. She also
spent a year representing clients in the juvenile system.
Ms. Goldenberg gained significant trial experience during
her tenure as a public defender where she aggressively
fought for the constitutional rights of her clients. Currently,
Ms. Goldenberg volunteers as a child advocate for the
Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia. There
she represents children who are abused and neglected.
Ms. Goldenberg authored an article for "Trial Magazine" entitled "The Products Liability Option," discussing when product liability cases result from workplace accidents. Ms. Goldenberg has worked on several seven-figure product and construction cases.
Ms. Goldenberg received a Master's in Trial Advocacy
from Temple University in 2004 where she graduated with
honors. She graduated from Cornell University in 1994,
and earned her J.D. from Emory University in 1997.
Ms. Goldenberg is a member of the American, New Jersey, Pennsylvania
and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations. She is a member
of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Association. She
is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, New
Jersey, and Florida, as well as the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania and the Districts of New Jersey. She has
also successfully argued before the Superior Court of
Pennsylvania.
