Mary T. Gidaro concentrates her
practice representing plaintiffs in medical
malpractice liability and other complex civil litigation
matters. As a former defense lawyer, she also has significant
experience arbitrating cases and successfully trying medical
malpractice cases to verdict.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, she is a
1992 graduate of the Villanova University School of Law.
In May, 2006, Ms. Gidaro completed her LLM in Trial Advocacy
at Temple University. Her court admissions include:

Pennsylvania
- United States District Couts, District of New Jersey
She also holds a Master's Degree in Nutrition Science
from Boston University and is a former nutrition management
specialist for cancer patients at Philadelphia's Fox Chase
Cancer Center.
Ms. Gidaro is a member of the Philadelphia and New York
Bar Associations, Association of Trial Lawyers of America,
the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Lawyers'
Club.
