| Brian E. Fritz specializes in
representing victims in catastrophic personal injury cases
resulting from construction-workplace
accidents, electrical
accidents, industrial
accidents, negligently
maintained premises, and defective
or malfunctioning products.
Mr. Fritz is actively involved as part of Saltz, Mongeluzzi,
Barrett & Bendesky trial teams in numerous high profile
cases—including the fatal Pier
34 collapse and the fatal scalding of a machine operator
at a Delaware steel plant—that have resulted in
either jury verdicts or settlements in excess of $1 million.
He continues his professional legal education and anticipates
receiving a master's degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple
University School of Law in May, 2006. He is a 1996 graduate
of Pennsylvania State University and a 1999 graduate of
Widener University School of Law. His law school honors
include membership in the Moot Court Honor Society and
the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society.
Mr. Fritz is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers
of America and the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial
Lawyers Associations. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania,
New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court,
Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New
Jersey.
