V. Paul Bucci, II has extensive
trial experience handling complex litigation matters involving
catastrophically
injured workers and individuals in construction, electrical
and industrial accidents. Since joining the Firm in
2005, Mr. Bucci is primarily involved in the Firm's representation
of the families and individuals injured and killed in
the Tropicana parking
garage collapse in Atlantic City.
In addition to workplace accidents, Mr. Bucci also concentrates
his practice in the areas of products
liability and premises
liability.
Mr. Bucci is a 1993 graduate of West Virginia University
and a 1998 graduate of Michigan's Thomas M. Cooley Law
School. He has successfully litigated cases throughout
his career in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania
and West Virginia. His admissions to practice include:
- Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- State of West Virginia
- United States District Court, Eastern District of
Pennsylvania
- United State District Court, Southern District of
West Virginia.
He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of
America and the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers
Associations.
