Statement of Counsel Regarding Planned Resumption By Morey’s Pier of Ride in Fatal Ferris Wheel Accident

The following statement was issued today by the D’Amato Law Firm and Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky, which represent the family of Abiah Jones:

“Based on the facts as we know them today, we believe, and the parents of Abiah agree, the Giant Wheel ride should not resume until it can be retrofitted with lap restraints in each car.
