Press Conference Focuses on Effort by Parents of Building Collapse Victim to Revoke License of Architect Plato A. Marinakos

Anne Bryan’s parents, Attorney Robert J. Mongeluzzi will present the latest on Monday.

Philadelphia, PA (December 1, 2017) – Why is Plato A. Marinakos, the architect who will forever be linked to the fatally botched demolition that caused the 2013 Salvation Army Market Street building collapse, still licensed to practice in Pennsylvania? What is the status of the professional misconduct complaint; filed two years ago by the engineer-father of 24-year-old collapse victim Anne Bryan against Marinakos, seeking license revocation? These and other troubling questions-issues regarding the Philadelphia-based architect, who played a central role in events leading up to the June 5, 2013, catastrophe, and the resulting criminal and civil trials, will be addressed at Monday’s press conference.

Time & Place:
1 p.m., Monday, December 4, 2017
Saltz, Mongeluzzi, & Bendesky, P.C.
52nd Floor, 1650 Market St., Phila. PA 19103

Participants:
Nancy Winkler & Jay Bryan, Parents of the late Anne Bryan
