Record-Setting Results
The Firm continues to build on its reputation for winning high-profile, tough cases—either through jury trials, settlements or arbitrations—on behalf of its clients. Many of these victories are record-setting in terms of the amount of the jury award or settlement, and/or for setting legal precedent.
We are also especially proud that another result of many of these cases is a safer American workplace, streets and highways, construction sites and construction equipment, hospital operating rooms and products used daily in the American home.
