Samuel B. Dordick is a personal injury attorney who focuses on catastrophic injury cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Samuel attended the University of Miami to study biomedical engineering with plans to pursue a career in biotechnology research. These plans changed when Samuel realized that this career path would not allow him to do what he truly enjoyed the most working with other people and fighting for what is right.

After graduating from the University of Miami in 2013, Samuel’s passion for helping others led him to Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, where his family roots trace back over 100 years. While in law school, Samuel excelled in legal research and writing as well as trial advocacy—skills which he now utilizes to effectively advocate on behalf of his clients.

During law school, Samuel joined Saltz, Mongeluzzi & Bendesky, P.C. as a law clerk. While working as a clerk, Samuel learned to effectively litigate a case from start to finish while zealously representing his clients’ rights. Samuel played a critical role assisting the trial team that achieved the following result:

  • $227 million settlement in the Salvation Army Building Collapse litigation—the largest personal injury settlement in Pennsylvania history

In 2016, Samuel returned to the firm full-time following his graduation from law school. As an attorney on the SMB trial team, he worked relentlessly for the following  positive results for his clients:

  • Record-setting $1.2 billion settlement reached in Surfside Condo collapse litigation
  • $17 million confidential settlement reached on behalf of a pedestrian who was struck by a commercial motor vehicle
  • Over $14.9M recovered in a confidential workplace wrongful death settlement
  • $12 million settlement obtained in a workplace electrocution wrongful death case
  • $10.2 million wrongful death settlement against several defendants resulting from a tragic construction accident on a bridge project in Pennsylvania
  • $10.64 million settlement in jury award for a quarry worker who’s leg was crushed by a 20,000-pound rotor.
