Pete Veloski is an experienced trial lawyer who represents individuals who have suffered serious accidents and catastrophic injuries.

Prior to joining SMB, Pete grew up in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and obtained his bachelor’s degree from Temple University. After graduating, he worked for a local Philadelphia hospital system, before returning to Temple University for Law School. During law school, Pete received awards for his writing, was an editor of the Temple Law Review, and completed Temple’s nationally recognized trial advocacy program.

Pete brings this breadth of experience and knowledge to SMB, where he fights passionately for the rights of people who have been seriously injured as a result of corporate negligence and careless actions. Since joining SMB, Pete has helped to achieve life-changing results for hundreds of SMB clients and has tried cases to juries in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Pete lives with his family in Haddonfield, New Jersey, where he enjoys being involved in the local community. Pete is also on the Board of Directors of the Spring Garden Soup Society, which has been dedicated to serving the less fortunate members of the Philadelphia community since 1852.

Prior Work Experience

During law school, Pete gained valuable trial experience as an intern with the United States Attorney’s Office, Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, and with the Honorable R. Barclay Surrick, District Court Judge in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to attending law school, Pete worked in hospital administration for a large Philadelphia area Health System.
