Charles J. Kocher is a member of
the Saltz Mongeluzzi Barrett & Bendesky Class Action
Practice Group. Throughout the United States he represents
small businesses and other individuals who have been injured by
price-fixing conspiracies in violation of
antitrust laws and represents investors victimized by
Ponzi schemes.
Mr. Kocher has assisted on a number of multi-million class
action anti-trust and consumer fraud cases.
Education, Training and Experience
Mr. Kocher is a cum laude graduate of Georgetown
University and holds a J.D. law degree from the Villanova
University School of Law (2004), where he was a managing
editor of the Villanova Law Review. Upon
graduation from law school, Mr. Kocher served as a
clerk for U.S. District Judge Clarence C.
Newcomer, a celebrated judge who sat on the federal
bench for more than 30 years in the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Saltz Mongeluzzi Barrett & Bendesky, Mr.
Kocher worked on a wide array of legal matters - from
pharmaceutical products liability litigation to white collar
matters - at one of Philadelphia's largest law firms.
