Brian E. Fritz is a

million settlement for steel worker who ultimately died
after falling into a pit of molten metal and boiling water at a
Claymont, Del., steel plant

explosion that injured four construction workers, including a badly
burnt backhoe operator
Education and Training
Mr. Fritz is a graduate of Pennsylvania State
University and holds a law degree from the Widener University
School of Law (1999). His law school honors include
membership in the Moot Court Honor Society and the Moe Levine Trial
Advocacy Honor Society. Mr. Fritz is also a graduate of the
nationally ranked LL.M (Master's of Law) in Trial
Advocacy program at the Temple University Beasley School of
Law.
